Why doesn’t Plytix do onboarding?

Instead of spending months getting you familiar with every corner of your account before you get to work, we focus on what matters: your goals. To get you there even faster, we roll up our sleeves and import your products for you, getting hands-on with your product data, fine-tuning your account setup, and getting you up and running from day one.
Think of us as your partner, not just an onboarding process. No finish line, no “now you’re on your own”—just continuous, hands-on support to help you grow.
What is an output?
“Outputs” help you share your product data outside of the PIM. You can use each output you purchase for one of the following:

Channels: build product feeds that automatically populate with all your product data, so you can stop manually filling out templates. 1 output = 1 product feed

Brand Portals: share always up-to-date online catalogs with anyone. 1 output = 1 online catalog
How can I start for free?
All you need to do is fill out a quick form or book a demo for a free trial. Once your trial is over, you’ll still have access to a free account that will be free forever, although it won't include all of the features that our paid plans do. Your free trial of our paid plans will include all of our features.
Will I be charged after the free trial expires?
Nope! We don't ask for your credit card when you start your trial, so you won't be charged until you decide to become a customer. Totally your call, no surprises.
