Your free account will be free forever, although it won't include all of the features that our paid plans do. Your free trial of our paid plans will include all of our features and a dedicated account manager.
How does onboarding work?
When you sign up for Plytix, you’ll get the purple onboarding experience. A dedicated team to guide you throughout the entire onboarding process.
First, your implementation specialist will take care of the data migration and setup of your account according to your needs and goals. They’ll ensure that you’re set up and ready to hit the ground running.
After, you’ll meet your very own Customer Success Manager, who will train you and your team to make the most of your PIM system. They’ll be available indefinitely for all ongoing training and support that you may need and will help you become a PIM master in no time.

What is an output?
“Outputs” help you share your product data outside of the PIM. You can use each output you purchase for one of the following:
