We've made updates to the Product Overview page and introduced a new way to enhance Formula Attributes in Plytix. Watch the video below to see it all in action.🚀

Product Overview Enhancements

Finding the right product information just got easier! We've introduced new UI enhancements that make navigating the Product Overview page more intuitive so you can quickly find what you need.

  • New Parent and Variant Tags: We've added new P and V tags to help you quickly distinguish between Parent and Variant products. By clicking on these tags, you can now view the full product route, providing better clarity on how products are structured.

  • Clickable Variant Count: Previously, you could see how many variants were linked to a Parent product, but getting more details required opening the Parent's detail page. Now, click the variant count to view all linked variants in a panel—right from the Product Overview! You can also search for specific variants or open their detail pages in a new tab for more information.

Formula Attributes: Now Available for All Paid Accounts

In our last update, we announced that Formula Attributes were being gradually rolled out. Now, we’re excited to share that Formula Attributes are officially available in all paid accounts!

With Formula Attributes, you can transform your data directly in Plytix, eliminating the need to process a Channel or publish a Brand Portal first. Plus, to help you manage your formulas, we’ve added a commenting functionality in the formula editor. By using the # symbol, you can now add notes to your formulas, making complex operations easier to read and troubleshoot.

  • Pro tip 💡: To take team collaboration even further, add your formula to the attribute groups that match their use, so you can customize what attributes you see in your Product Detail pages. For example, if you have formulas for currency conversions, you can add them to your "Pricing" group. Learn more about attribute groups here

To get started, head to Attribute Settings and create a new formula. Need help? Check out this Help Center article for a full guide on using formulas.
