How does onboarding work?

When you sign up for Plytix, you'll get the Purple Onboarding experience. Basically, that means that we do the implementation for you, so you don't have to! First, your Implementation Specialist will take care of the data migration and setup of your account according to your needs and goals. They'll make sure that you're set up and ready to hit the ground running. Next, you'll meet your very own Customer Success Manager, who will train you and your team to make the most of your PIM system. They'll be available indefinitely for all ongoing training and support to ensure a smooth transition and will help you become a PIM master in no time.
