The Features You Helped Shape in 2024
Your insights and challenges guided us in building smarter solutions this year. Here are some of the key updates that resulted from your feedback.
Automatic Inheritance
Keeping product data consistent has become even easier. Now, changes made at the parent level will automatically apply to all variants for the attributes you choose. Forget about manually copying those changes across multiple products! Just set up the inheritance status for attributes shared among your parents and variants, and let changes be applied automatically. Additional improvements include parent-variant views in the Product Overview, better attribute management in the Product Detail, and the ability to assign products to families via import. Formula Attributes
Now, you can transform your attribute values using formula operations outside of your outputs (your Channels and Brand Portals). With the new Formula attribute, you can edit, duplicate, and view attribute transformations in real time in your Product Overview and Detail pages. This way, you can store and manage your preferred operations directly in your account.

Advanced Webhooks Customization
With Plytix Webhooks, you can automate actions whenever your channel processes. This includes sending product updates to messaging platforms, creating tasks in project management systems, or syncing with your ERP—to name a few examples.
For more flexibility, Advanced Webhooks allows you to customize the request body and control the JSON payload structure, to connect Plytix to your preferred platforms.

BigCommerce Integration and New Channels
Managing your BigCommerce store just got easier! Say goodbye to manual exports and reformatting—Plytix's BigCommerce integration automates product updates so you can focus on growing your business rather than formatting feeds. Plus, we introduced ten new channel templates, to simplify the way you connect your Plytix data to your preferred feed management tools.
User Experience Enhancements
Beyond major features, we’ve implemented other improvements to improve your experience using Plytix:
- Keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate faster through the Product Overview.
- In-column editing so you can manage your attributes without leaving the page.
- Better navigation between parents and variants in a single tab.
- Expanded filters for a more customizable Product Detail view.
Performance and Notifications
We also continue to work on making Plytix more efficient through:
- Recurring API updates for improved stability.
- Faster channel processing times to get your product data where it needs to be, quickly.
- Real-time notifications, so you can stay informed on important actions like channel processing without leaving Plytix.
